Design and production
The design, artistic direction and production of the website were carried out by Andréa Gallas, as part of their business consulting in business development and brand creation, a sole trader in the Pays du Mont-Blanc.
All graphic design work, visual identity and implementation of the Site remain the work of its author, in compliance with applicable intellectual property rights.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on trust in the digital economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as the 'User«, of the website cabinet-jacquet-meermans.fr, hereinafter referred to as the »Site«, are hereby informed of these legal notices.
Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices. The latter are accessible on the Site under the heading «Legal Notices».

Article 2 – The Host
The host of the Site is INFOMANIAK NETWORK SA, a Swiss law company with its registered office at Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland, contactable by telephone on +41 22 820 35 44 — www.infomaniak.com.
Article 3 — Access to the Site
The Site is accessible everywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions, which may arise from maintenance needs.
In the event of modification, interruption, or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held liable.
Article 4 – Collection and processing of personal data
The Site ensures the User that personal information is collected and processed in compliance with privacy laws, specifically Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files, and liberties, as amended by the law of 20 June 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
Under these regulations, the User has the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data. The User may also define guidelines regarding the fate of their data after their death.

The data collected via the contact form (name, surname, email address, telephone number, message) is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, for the exclusive purposes of processing the request and managing the commercial relationship. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Article 5 — Content and Reproduction Rights
All content present on the Site (texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, plans, sketches, videos, design and structure of the Site) is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any use, reproduction, distribution, sale or modification of all or part of the Site, without the express prior authorisation of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and proceedings as provided for, in particular, by the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
Article 6 — Limitation of Liability
The Site includes information made available by external companies or hypertext links to other external sites or sources that have not been developed by Étienne JACQUET SARL. The behaviour of the target sites, potentially malicious, cannot be attributed to the responsibility of Étienne JACQUET SARL.
More generally, the content made available on this Site is provided for information purposes only. It is up to the user to use this information with discernment. Étienne JACQUET SARL shall not be held liable for information, opinions, and recommendations made by third parties.
To the extent that Étienne JACQUET SARL cannot control these external sites or sources, it cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites or sources and cannot bear any responsibility for the content, advertisements, products, services or any other material available on or from these external sites or sources.
Furthermore, Étienne JACQUET SARL shall not be held liable for any proven or alleged damage or loss, whether consecutive or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, content, goods, or services available on these external sites or sources.
Article 7 — Cookies
The Site may deposit cookies on the User's device to improve their browsing experience, measure the Site's audience, and adapt the content.
The User can at any time set their cookie preferences via the cookie management banner present on the Site, or by configuring their browser directly.
Refusing the use of cookies does not prevent you from browsing the Site, but may limit certain functionalities.
Article 8 - Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These legal notices are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 9 — Photographs and iconography
All photographs, sketches, plans and illustrations on the Site are the exclusive property of Cabinet Jacquet & Meermans, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any reproduction, copying, downloading, distribution or use, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
