Transfers of data outside the European Union<\/h2>\n      <p>The Site's host, INFOMANIAK NETWORK SA, is a company under Swiss law whose servers are located in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from a <strong>adequacy decision<\/strong> of the European Commission (Decision 2000\/518\/EC of 26 July 2000), which recognises a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of the European Union. As such, hosting data in Switzerland does not require additional transfer safeguards.<\/p>\n      <p>The Gmail messaging service (Google LLC) is subject to the framework <strong>Data Privacy Framework<\/strong> (DPF) between the European Union and the United States, validated by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.<\/p>\n    <\/article>\n\n    <article class=\"cjm-pc__article\">\n      <h2 class=\"cjm-pc__h2\">5. Shelf life<\/h2>\n      <p>The data collected via the quote request form is retained:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>3 years from last contact<\/strong> with you, if no contractual relationship has been entered into<\/li>\n        <li><strong>10 years from the end of the contractual relationship<\/strong>, in the event that a project management contract has been signed (legal retention period for accounting and contractual documents - Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Navigation data is retained for a maximum of 13 months.<\/p>\n    <\/article>\n\n    <article class=\"cjm-pc__article\">\n      <h2 class=\"cjm-pc__h2\">6.
